Upgrade Your Account

  1. Navigate to “Plans” in the Settings menu. Select the plan you would like to upgrade to. Choose between Monthly or Yearly subscription plans.

  1. If you have a promo code, make sure to enter your it before checking out.

Enter Payment Information

  1. Stitch3D partners with Stripe for payment processing. Upon selecting your plan, you will navigate to the Stitch3D checkout page.
  2. After completing the checkout process, you will receive email confirmation that payment information has been updated and that you are now on the Pro Plan.

Cancel Plan

  1. To cancel your plan, navigate to “Billing” and select “Manage Subscription”

  1. Upon logging in to Stripe, select ‘Cancel Plan’ to return to the Free Plan.

What Happens to My Data After Downgrade or Cancel?

Depending on the plan you downgrade to, you will have 10 days to save your data locally and remove enough files until you are at the storage limit of your new plan. After the 10-day window, your account will be frozen until enough files have been removed to meet the storage limit of your new plan. You will still be able to save or delete your files after the 10-day window.
