Upgrade Your Account

  1. Navigate to ‘Manage Account’ in the Manage Account menu. Select the ‘Upgrade’ button.

  1. Select the ‘Pro Plan’ or contact us for ‘Enterprise’ plans.

Enter Payment Information

  1. Stitch3D partners with Stripe for payment processing. Upon selecting the ‘Pro Plan’, you will navigate to the Stitch3D checkout page.
  2. After completing the checkout process, you will receive email confirmation that payment information has been updated and that you are now on the Pro Plan.

Cancel Plan

  1. After payment has been successfully processed, you will see a ‘Plan & billing’ tab in Manage Account. You will also see that you are now on the Pro Plan in the navigation panel.

  1. Selecting ‘Plan & billing’ will navigate you to the Stripe login page. Upon logging in to Stripe, select ‘Cancel Plan’ to return to the Free Plan.

What Happens to My Data After Downgrade or Cancel?

Depending on the plan you downgrade to, you will have 10 days to save your data locally and remove enough files until you are at the storage limit of your new plan. After the 10-day window, your account will be frozen until enough files have been removed to meet the storage limit of your new plan. You will still be able to save or delete your files after the 10-day window.
