  1. In the event a file upload is unsuccessful, or if processing fails, the ‘Uploads in Progress’ toast will display an error. The most likely reasons for a file failing to upload or process is:
    1. Internet speed is too slow and the connection times out.
    2. The file type is unsupported or corrupt.
    3. The processing que on the cloud is experiencing abnormally busy traffic and times out.

Supported 3D File Formats

Stitch3D currently supports the LAS, LAZ, E57, and PLY file formats.

Upload Constraints

  1. Stitch3D can process single files up to 250GB in size.
  2. For optimal performance, upload no more than 10 files at a time.
